Because the KOA's dog park was just dirt and dogs playing in it often ended up just dirty, we decided it was time for Zou to get a bath. And handy for us - since Zou most likely won't fit in our little shower anymore - they had a creek for her to bathe in too! A DIY dog wash!
When Zou was a little pup, she swam in the Arkansas River (at our Maumelle campground) a little, but it's been a long time since then... She's a little unsure of this adventure now! And tries to go in without going in!
But she overcomes her concerns and steps in...
and does what, with Ouraydog, we used to call "skimming" - running her mouth through the water's surface.
And well, if you're going to do it, you might as well REALLY do it!!
